Updates

Well we have been really bad at keeping this thing updated. We have been busy and are going to try to post regularly.
Well lots has happened starting with us moving back in with my (Michelle's) PARENTS. We moved in at the end of November and are actually happy here. We all work and have separate schedules so no one feels too crowded (I think). Hopefully we can save some money and get into our own place soon.
The holidays flew by! We had a wonderful Christmas celebrating with Reed's family Christmas Eve and mine Christmas day. The holidays were great getting together with everyone. We spent New Year's Eve very low key with Tim and Shelly Arnold and of course baby Kaylen (who loves her uncle Reed)! She has these cheeks you just want to squeeze, and she is sooo happy! She looks at Reed and just laughs and laughs (I wonder why?).
In January my cousin Mandi and her husband Andrew welcomed their first child, Alexandra Patricia. She is just beautiful and we love being around her.
March held lots of excitement for Reed and The Pointy Pointy Birds (yes, that is the name of his hockey team). Unfortunately, the excitement was in the Vegas casinos, not on the ice during the tournament. The team lost all their games, but the players enjoyed their annual dinner at Benni Hanas (no players were injured during the cooking this year!) Andrea threw up in her own place and Captain Ron was in an especially good mood (I heard).

On the way back from Vegas we stopped at Mandi's house to see Alexandra and Ryan, Kirsten, and Mackenzie. Mackenzie is getting so big. She is just adorable and she loves DOGS!!! This is funny because Ryan and Kirsten hate them.
I have just finished enjoying my spring break for the last two weeks (which involved cleaning, scrap booking, and catching up on work) boy things change as you get older. We celebrated my brother, Brent's, 29 birthday Thursday and Friday this week. We went down for dinner in Pasadena (he lives there now) on Thursday and ate at the Yard House (don't worry PPB's Reed didn't insult any babies). Last night we had the family over for a BBQ and enjoyed watching Nana play our new Wii (thanks Ron and Kathy for the introduction to the Wii). She was a pretty good bowler by the end of the game! We also got to spend some time with Alexandra (she is so cute) she really smiling now, but mostly for her Papo Steve and Uncle Keith. It's a real fight to get to hold her! :)
Well I will try to be better at posting and hope this gives you some idea of what we have been doing. Check in every once in a while and you may find an update.
